Job Summary

The Inventory Manager is responsible for the centralized management of inventory across all schools in the Delhi NCR region. This includes procurement, storage, distribution, and regular audits to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities

– *Inventory Management*: Develop and maintain an accurate, unified inventory management system across all campuses, optimizing stock levels and minimizing wastage.
– *Procurement*: Collaborate with vendors to source quality supplies, manage bulk purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery to schools.
– *Distribution*: Implement efficient processes for distributing inventory from the head office to school locations, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of resources.
– *Audits*: Conduct regular audits at each school to verify compliance with inventory protocols and identify areas for improvement.
– *Storage & Safety*: Oversee storage conditions at each campus, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, especially for sensitive items.
– *Record-Keeping*: Maintain comprehensive inventory records, tracking all transactions, including purchases, distributions, and disposals.

Qualifications & Experience

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
– 4-6 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
– Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
– Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
– Willingness to travel frequently within the NCR region.

– Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail for inventory audits.
